By registering or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Services
Clash Elite is an independent eSports organiser, providing lawful skill-based online gaming tournaments for entertainment and competition.
We host Free and Paid tournaments for popular games such as Free Fire and others.
All contests on Clash Elite are based on player skill and performance, not on luck, chance, or betting.
Clash Elite strictly does not operate or promote gambling, wagering, or any game of chance.
2. Legal Compliance (As per Indian Law – 2025)
Clash Elite operates under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and complies with all applicable Indian gaming laws.
Skill-based eSports tournaments are permitted under Indian law, provided they are conducted transparently and without betting or chance outcomes.
Paid tournaments hosted by Clash Elite are entry-based competitions, where users pay a small participation fee to join and compete using their gaming skills.
The outcome of every match is determined solely by user skill, gameplay performance, and fair competition — not by random chance or automated systems.
3. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older to participate in paid tournaments.
Free tournaments may be open to users aged 13 years or above (with parental consent if under 18).
By registering, you confirm that participation in online skill-based games is legal in your state or jurisdiction.
Users from states or regions where online paid gaming is restricted (if any in future) must not join paid events.
4. Account Registration
You must create an account using a valid mobile number or email ID.
You agree to provide accurate and verifiable details, including identity documents if required for KYC verification.
Multiple accounts or fake identities are strictly prohibited and will lead to suspension or permanent ban.
5. Free & Paid Tournaments
Free Tournaments: No entry fee is required. Rewards may include in-app points, badges, or promotional prizes.
Paid Tournaments: Require a participation fee displayed before joining. These tournaments distribute rewards from a pre-declared prize pool.
Entry fees are non-refundable, except when a tournament is cancelled by Clash Elite.
Clash Elite reserves the right to verify match results and withhold rewards in case of suspected fraud or rule violation.
6. Rewards, Withdrawals & Taxes
Winners will receive cash rewards or digital prizes based on tournament results.
Rewards are credited to the user’s Clash Elite wallet or linked payment account.
Withdrawals may require KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN, or government ID).
All applicable taxes (TDS, GST, etc.) will be deducted as per Indian tax law.
Clash Elite is not responsible for payment delays caused by banking or technical issues.
7. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy
Clash Elite maintains a Zero Tolerance policy towards cheating, hacking, match-fixing, or any unfair gameplay.
Users found using emulators, unauthorized scripts, or fake screenshots will be disqualified immediately.
We may request video proof, screenshots, or gameplay records to confirm fair play.
Repeated violations will result in account termination and permanent ban from the platform.
8. Payment Terms
All entry fees and withdrawals are processed through authorised and secure payment gateways.
Clash Elite does not store sensitive banking information.
Users must ensure their payment details are correct before submitting transactions.
Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks may result in account deactivation and legal action.
9. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
The name “Clash Elite,” its logo, design, and content are owned by the Clash Elite team.
Users must not copy, modify, or reuse platform content without written permission.
Games like Free Fire are owned by their respective publishers — Clash Elite is not affiliated, partnered, or endorsed by Garena or any other developer.
10. Limitation of Liability
Clash Elite provides its services “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free experience.
Clash Elite shall not be responsible for any loss of data, connectivity issues, or technical failures during gameplay.
Participation in paid tournaments is voluntary; users accept the associated risks of online competition.
11. Suspension & Termination
Clash Elite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or engaged in fraudulent behavior.
Users may also request voluntary account deletion via email or in-app support.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
User data is collected and used as per the Clash Elite Privacy Policy.
We protect all personal information using encryption and secure servers.
Data is never sold or shared with unauthorised third parties.
